i saw this shockwave procedure thingy, where they used shockwaves to destroy kidney stones.

hard to believe that only the stones are affected and that the surrounding tissue is essentially unhurt

but why

science seems to involve more and more of the mystics nowadays
where its almost magical, the way it works

oh and i saw a cystoscopy

the doc insert a dam LOOOOOOONG thing into the patient's penis
its a camera thingy
it muSt bE DAm pAinful
but den they put some anaestatic lubricant gel thingy first
n the patient claims it doesnt hurt
well, shRug

anyway
pretty cool to peer thru the urethra and den the bladder
too bad the bladder i saw was normal
my fren saw a diseased bladder. full of debri inside
he says looks like tissue paper floating around
lol

was an eye opener man

i m more interested in wat i study now

but first...i gotta tear myself way from my dota and other games....
