some thoughts

i was watching tv juz now
and den there was dis guy who was like making pasta dough with his bare hands
den he keep tokking abt how smooth a good pasta dough should be and den after he says that he will rub is against the inside of his wrist everytime

den as i watch him continually doing that, i realise something

ALL HIS BLARDY EPIDERMAL CELLS ARE SCRUBBED OFF ONTO THE DOUGH ITSELF

that's mother disgusting
with the force that he mixes the dough, all the skin cells from the fingers, the wrist
will CONFIRM rub off onto the dough

even though u will cook it and sterilise it
IT STILL DOES NOT REMOVE THE FACT THAT UR EATING HIS STERILISED SKIN CELLS

OMG

i can't believe people are so crazy about HANDMADE NOODLES
without thinking abt how using bare hands to make those noodles could affect the dough itself

and i can't believe i was crazy abt the ban mian at RI last time
and i never once thought abt it dis way
